Tibet

In the first seven photos, you see the location and the ruins of the Chökorgyiel monastery, and the beginning of the restauration of that monastery. The monks of Dagpo Dratsang went there regularly to study together. The next photos are from the area where Dagpo Shedrub Ling from the 15th until sometime in the 17th century was located under the name of Thosam Ling. This piece of land has been given back to the current Dagpo Shedrub Ling (Tibet) a couple of years ago. The locals have symbolically decorated the area’s boundaries with flags. Because of the lack of funds, nothing has happened to the area yet. The final photos show how Dagpo Shedrub Ling (Tibet) looks right now with the current community.
